Lukas	0e22d1c425	Move config file exceptions into app.exceptions ... Move ConfigDirError, ConfigFileNotFoundError, ConfigFileExistsError, ConfigFileWriteError, and ConfigFileNameError from raw_config_io_service into the shared domain exception module.
