- Delete RecoveryBanner.tsx component and its test
- Remove RecoveryBanner from MainLayout
- Remove onCrashDetected prop from ActivateJailDialog, JailsTab
- Remove fetchPendingRecovery, rollbackJail API functions
- Remove configJailRollback, configPendingRecovery endpoints
- Remove PendingRecovery type
